RAINFOREST HERPING

PHOTO SAFARI

 18 - 15  December / 4 days, 3 nights - Sarapiquí, Costa Rica.

Herping,hiking and photography.

This is an opportunity to be in the real Central American rainforest close to one of the most recognized biological stations in the world. The lodge is fully prepared and sited in a wonderful landscape. Among beautiful bungalows and pool, it is possible to observe and photograph two different species of monkeys, sloths, coatimundis, squirrels and a countless number of birds (from hummingbirds to toucans and green macaws).

It is an unbeatable opportunity to be in a real rainforest without renounce to a comfortable room, amazing self-service meals, easy trails and abundance of amphibians (glass frogs, poison frogs, rain frogs, monkey frogs, tree frogs, tropical salamanders…), and reptiles (basilisks, caimans, crocodiles, iguanas, boas, vine snakes, vipers and more…). Opportunities to photograph and film those incredible creatures during day and night will be plentiful.
