The southern Pacific of Costa Rica is the last arrived to the world’s attention in terms of herping diversity, and obviously one of the top destinations for herping. Meet different top guides and walk rainforests, cloudforests and mangrove.
Searching for specialties such as Crocodylus actutus, Corallus ruschenbergerii, Siphlophis compressus, Porthidium porrasi, Duellmanohyla legleri, Sachatamia albomaculata “Pacific”, Agalychnis spurrelli, A. callidryas “Pacific”, Oedipina alleni or Bolitoglossa lignicolor, among more common species as Bothrops asper “Pacific” or Bothriechis schlegelii.
